The LOXY | Hamburg

The LOXY will be the world's first hotel designed entirely to simulate an altitude climate. Located on a unique site within the historic walls of the Bille power plant, this one-of-a-kind hotel will feature 62 rooms and a variety of training facilities for private guests, elite athletes, and dedicated areas for sports teams. The altitude climate will be offered not only in the training areas but also in all guest rooms, a lounge, and additional therapy areas.

Following the redevelopment of the Elbe islands and the Harburg inland port, Hammerbrook's central location is becoming a focus of Hamburg's urban planning and will form part of a long-term development project in the east of the city. Its proximity to the city center, its attractive waterfront location, and its numerous green spaces make the Bille power plant the focal point of this development. By 2028, the Bille power plant will be carefully but sustainably renovated and revitalized with exciting new uses.
