The LOXY will be the world's first hotel designed entirely for high-altitude climates.
On a unique site within the grounds of the Bille power plant, a unique hotel with 62 rooms and various training rooms for private guests, top athletes and separate areas for sports teams is being built within historic walls.
The altitude climate is offered not only in the training areas, but also in all guest rooms, a lounge and in additional therapy areas.
Following the redevelopment of the Elbe islands and the Harburg inland port, Hammerbrook's central location is becoming a focus of Hamburg's urban planning and will form part of a long-term development project in eastern Hamburg. Its proximity to the city center, its attractive waterfront location, and its numerous green spaces make the Bille power plant the centerpiece of this development. By 2028, the Bille power plant will be carefully and sustainably renovated and revitalized with exciting new uses.
